Problem


Aviva’s Strategic Partners’ faced challenges with their design systems due to the industry’s shift from Sketch to Figma. This transition, alongside the limited and outdated documentation, impacted the effectiveness of their chosen collaborative design tool.

Visualise a so considered boring topic like general insurance (GI) in a way that looks interesting and engaging and deal with tones of text fields and make it appear aesthetic, simple and seamless across Strategic Partners’ (SPs) product and service GI journeys.
